THE "DOUBLE THUMB" TECHNIQUE (BASE OF THE SKULL)

Step 1: Interlace your fingers. Place both hands behind your head and interlace your fingers. Keep both thumbs free and pointing downwards, along your spine.

Step 2: Find the "Hollows" Place your thumbs right at the base of your skull, where the bone meets the muscle (Arnold's hollows). This is often the most tense area after a day in front of a screen.

Step 3: Circular Pressure. Press firmly with your thumbs while making small circles. To accentuate the effect, tilt your head back slightly on your thumbs.

Do you feel that immediate relief at the base of your skull? But notice one thing: your shoulders are tense because your arms are raised. It's impossible to fully relax when you have to force yourself to massage.

The Luma Sensation replicates this precise pressure, but your arms remain perfectly relaxed at your sides. Even better: it simultaneously works the neck and the difficult area between the shoulder blades. It adds 45°C heat, and thanks to its ergonomic straps, you decide the intensity . Pull gently for more pressure, release for a gentler sensation.
